Core Privacy Commitments
- All compression operations in this App are performed locally on your iOS device. We do not collect, store, or upload any of your photos, videos, or other media files. All media files remain stored only locally on your device.
- This App does not collect your personal identity information, device identifiers, location information, usage records, or any other personal information, fully adhering to the "minimum data collection principle."
- This App does not share, transfer, or publicly disclose any user-related information with any third parties, does not integrate any third-party SDKs, and does not conduct any tracking or analysis of user data.
System Permissions
To enable photo/video batch compression and saving functions, this App only requires the following necessary iOS system permissions:
- Photo Library Permission (Photos): Used only to read the photos/videos you select for compression, and to save compressed files to your device's photo library. Does not read unselected media files, and does not modify or delete any of your original photos/videos.
- Storage Permission (Files): Used only to assist in saving compressed files (if you choose to save to the device file manager), and does not access or modify other files on your device.
Note: This App does not request permissions unrelated to core functions, such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, or calendar.
Data Security Protection
- Since all compression operations are performed locally on your device without any data upload or transmission, there is no risk of data leakage or tampering during transmission.
- We use iOS native frameworks (AVFoundation, ImageIO) for media compression, following Apple's system security specifications to ensure file security during the compression process.
- You may delete this App at any time through your device settings. After deletion, the App will not retain any of your media files or related information.
User Rights
- Right to Access and View: Since this App does not collect any of your personal information or media files, you may view and manage all your photos, videos, and compressed files locally on your device at any time.
- Right to Correct and Delete: You may modify or delete your media files and compressed files locally on your device at any time. This App does not interfere with or restrict your operations.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may turn off photo library, storage, and related permissions in your device settings at any time, withdrawing authorization from this App.
Policy Updates and Revisions
We may revise this Privacy Policy based on iOS system updates, changes in relevant laws and regulations, or App feature optimization. The revised policy will be prominently displayed in the App (such as on the launch screen or settings page) with a new effective date. If you continue to use the App after policy revision, it is deemed that you agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
- This App only provides local compression functionality and is not responsible for backing up or restoring your local device files. We are not liable for file loss caused by your own operations (such as accidental deletion, device failure, or system upgrades).
- We are not responsible for device file anomalies caused by iOS system vulnerabilities, third-party malware intrusion, or other factors beyond our control, but will endeavor to provide technical consultation support.
- You must ensure you have legal ownership or usage rights to the photos/videos you compress using this App. You bear full responsibility for any legal disputes arising from your use of infringing files.
